[tex-live] musixtex/musixps missing files

All stupid me, I mixed up two thing.

ANyway. I have added a tpm file musixadd which includes ATM only the
musixps (postscript slurs) and pmx support files (pmx.tex).


P4 changelog:
        Added new package musixadd which includes musixps and pmx
        support files. Added musixadd to collection-music.

The sizes of musxadd.tpm will not be right, but they are recomputed, so
I don'T care.
