[tex-live] Type 1 fonts with windvi.exe

got this sorted.  It was a matter of environment variables.  The version of
ghostscript within the texlive wasn't working but once I added
s:\gstools\gs7.04\bin\ to the PATH all worked well.

Thanks to all for the help.  I'll try and document this for the win32 page.
