Sorry Karl, I just compared the two web2c/pdftexdir/ directories...
I resynced both as you've suggested (still thinking that p4 is not
so mad; for me it is much more reliable and faster that any cvs, etc. ;-)
Anyway, I'm going to remove from the source/TeX/texk/pdftexdir/
pdf_mem.ch, pdf-syntax.txt and TODO to make things clean.
I think that depend.mak (0 bytes) is also obsolete.
