I'll have a look at the change file, but while I can probably
make the required fix, I will definately  be too late for this
tex-live,  so I am not going to rush into it. If someone else
wants to have a go: the problem is that the changes use some
of the configurable array size values from the run-time
configuration instead of from the mem file and/or there are
not enough sanity checks while reading mem files.
