Sorry for that. I've spoiled my MakeImages.sh copy by experimental 
additions. My appologies for the noise.
BTW I think that /doc (found on p4) is obsolete and should be removed.
Also, for "inst cd" we could reach the CD capacity leaving only binaries
for 3 most common platforms (win32, i386-linux and mac osx).
