[tex-live] tl2005 and win32

Dear all,

I still believe that TL2005 can (and should) have win32 binaries
and I hope we will have recent compilation for at least some of the most
changed programs (pdfetex, mpost, dvipdfmx).
I've just added the win32 installer to MakeImages.sh:
tlpmgui.exe is a tcl based gui which uses logic similar to 
install-tl.sh (it works with schemes and collections, moreover
it makes some postprocessing, like setting the environment variables).
The gui installer uses tlpm.exe as an engine, and the main problem is that
engine works only for "inst" CD (ziped archives, specific layout of the 
"inst" CD-ROM).
As nobody wanted to adapt tlpm to the "live" DVD, we cannnot offer
any installer for that at the moment.
Anyway, please try tlpmgui for "inst" CD (should be at the place
after next iso rebuild).
