[tex-live] Multilingual LaTeX: Hebrew, English, and UTF-8

Hi,
this time, I like to know about the Hebrew support in texlive.
The attached file translates well with tetex + ivritex, but
texlive for Debian seems not to have everything that is needed,
e.g. the jerus10 font. There is a texlive-langhebrew package,
but I'm not sure, how to use it with UTF-8 text. What is the
best way to typeset Hebrew and English text in UTF-8?
