[tex-live] license info in tpm file

    Is it possible to add this easily to the tpm generation script and
    make a run?

Could we please do it for next year, instead of right now, as we are
trying to stabilize things for the release?

When Sebastian autoupdated the Catalogue descriptions into the TPM's, it
took us days to get things more or less working again.  (Damn Unicode.)
I'd just as soon not go through that again right now.
