[tex-live] grotesq.tpm and ugq.map

Hi Karl, hi all!

A Debian user found that ugq.map is not activated in the Debian
packages, which is due to the fact that there is no
	addMap execute
in the grotesq.tpm. I have added one for the ugq.map file. If this was
not intended, please tell me and I will undo the change.
