[tex-live] No format built on i386-linux

Hi Daniel,

    No format gets built at the end:

As I recall, it's intentional.  No formats are built by default; instead,
they are created the first time a program is invoked.

    ! I can't find file `xu-bahyph.tex'.

Oops, my mistake.  I'll arrange the dependencies so that they are always
installed.  Right now I think they are just in collection-xetex.
