[tex-live] win32 and unzip.exe

Hi Staszek,
I just noticed that there is no unzip.exe in bin/win32 any more which
is needed by getnonfreefonts.

unzip is needed by the installer too.  It might be possible that the
installer copies it to bin/win32 but in my opinion this makes things
more complicated than necessary.

If there are no objections I'll put it back to the win32 directory.

What do you think?
