[tex-live] filename case issues in arabtex

Hi Klaus,

I've become aware that the arabtex package as found on CTAN includes
two copies of the file "unash.fd", differing only in the case of the
filename:

     /tex-archive/language/arabtex/texinput/Unash.fd
     /tex-archive/language/arabtex/texinput/unash.fd

The contents of the two files is identical; even the \ProvidesFile
macro gives the lowercase form in both files.

The existence of the two copies leads to problems when checking-out
from a copy of the CTAN package to a case-insensitive volume.
Therefore, would you mind removing Unash.fd from the package? There
should be no need for this file even on case-sensitive systems, and
my understanding is that current LaTeX conventions call for all-
lowercase filenames, although the code will check for both.

In addition, it might be desirable to rename

     /tex-archive/language/arabtex/texinput/Uxnsh.fd

with an all-lowercase name, for consistency, although this does not
currently cause problems as there is no second copy. (This file also
has \ProvidesFile with a lowercase name.)

Thanks,

Jonathan
