[tex-live] Missing "ltxtable.sty"

In the TeXLive directory

  texmf-dist/source/latex/carlisle/

exist the file "ltxtable.tex" but nowhere "ltxtable.sty". This package
file creates the call

  latex ltxtable.tex

and should be moved to

  texmf-dist/tex/latex/carlisle/
