[tex-live] Using LM instead of CM

It need not be that bad. In fact, CS fonts are overset of CM fonts, the
first half is identical. For the purpose of testing the possibility of
replacement cs*.pfb with lm*.pfb I typeset a part of real Czech test some
time ago with version 0.99.3, now with 1.00 (the previous version was
given to Boguslaw Jackowski). I you do not know that the text was prepared
with metrics of the CS fonts and the output created with LM fonts, you
will hardly be able to recognize it. Of course the metrics are slightly
different. You can see some small differences in line breaking if the text
is typeset directly with LM fonts.

Anyway, people who really need CM or CS fonts will most probably able to
instal them themselves.
