No no and no. The tpms are distributed on the collections *without*
overlapping! The overlap is in the schemes only!

The collections do not contain double occurrences of tpm! AND PLEASE
LEAVE IT LIKE THIS!

No, it is not in basicbin, there is etex-bin!! This is different.

Yup context people should speak up if they want it/need it. Otherwise it
will go.
