Hi Zdenek,

    New version of Velthuis Devanagari

I've updated the TeX Live repository, including the win32 binary and,
for testing, the linux binary.  (I also updated the devnag.c source file
so that when the platforms are rebuilt, we should get new ones.)

It sure was easy to just copy in the directory.  Thanks for setting it
up that way.

Please check the results if you can ...
