[tex-live] Ruby interpreter in the TeXLive distribution?

I wonder if that would be a good idea. Perl is not part of TL either, 
is it? Or bash, etc. Someone creates a new TeX-based module for music 
which uses Lisp, are we going to include Lisp?

What could help people is to add warnings if certain tools are not 
available, advising the user to install them.
