[tex-live] Ruby interpreter for Windows in the TeXLive distribution?

That was the point I was trying to make about the missing
ruby on linux. It may be on the distribution CDs or you may
have to download it (The situation is much worse on
commercial unices btw), but the main thing is that it
is not a true 'live' system.

If you install TeXlive on linux, then try to run context
straight away, it will fail. In fact, the only system where
it runs out of the box (that I know of) is on MacOS X.

Sure you can add ruby for win32, but that does not make it
a 'live' system all of a sudden, and the problem is not
specific to win32 to begin with.
