i just updated the catalogue to change the licence for cstex (there
are others still to do). i last updated the catalogue a few months
ago, and missed the significance of

   license: GPL with appendix

as applied to csplain in license.eng.

i feel that that description is deeply confusing. the licence is
*not* gpl, it's something based on gpl -- but very seriously different
from gpl. apparently i got it right when i catalogued csplain.

i have changed the licence entry in the catalogue to say "other"
rather than gpl. this reflects the fact that we have no licence
categories for randomly-hacked versions of standard licences.

are there any others of your many contributions on ctan that i've
mis-catalogued -- for example, enctex? it's obviously very important.

i've got

+++ licences for olsak's stuff: a2ac code128 csfonts cspsfonts ean ofs
      (cstex, csplain, enctex already checked)

in my todo file just now. have i missed something on enctex?
