[tex-live] Strange license of ukhyphen

    Well, I'm not sure if Phil is on that mailing-list, but as I know Phil,

He isn't (that I can see), although of course he may be checking the
archives or whatever.

    I'd dare to say it would be enough to say him some arguments
    to solve once and forever that subject. Should I do that? 

Sure, if you think you have a shot at convincing Phil to drop the
"filename must not match any of" clause, please go for it.

FYI, he only agreed to change his license after I pointed out to him
that Knuth had revised the "license" on hyphen.tex et al.  So he knows
that Knuth said only "hyphen.tex", and the list of additional names was
entirely his own idea ...
