[tex-live] package updates ...

Hi Karl!

I have now worked to everything that is still open and have either
submitted the updates to the packages or have checked what is the
problem.

Here is the commented output of tpm-ctan-check --check >check.log 2>&1

# texmf-dist/tpm/active-conf.tpm
diff /src/TeX/CTAN/macros/latex/contrib/conferences/active-conf/example/active-header-2006.tex /src/TeX/texlive-svn/Master/texmf-dist/doc/latex/active-conf/active-header-2006.tex

        the subdirs on CTAN 2006-version and example contain the same files!
        the check compares different files
        ctan2tds calls MAKEflatten which is bad

	The whole AMS stuff doesn't work, I didn't get it at least to work

	MAKEbeebe needs work, this is true!

/src/TeX/texlive-svn/Build/tools/tpm-ctan-check: cannot find tpm file devanagr

	missing tpm, what should this be?

diff /src/TeX/CTAN/macros/latex/contrib/fancynum/fancynum.sty /src/TeX/texlive-svn/Master/texmf-dist/tex/latex/fancynum/fancynum.sty

        CTAN is incosistent, the .sty files is NOT the one generated from
        the respective .dtx file! How to fix?

# texmf-dist/tpm/hyperref.tpm
diff /src/TeX/CTAN/macros/latex/contrib/hyperref/doc/manual.html /src/TeX/texlive-svn/Master/texmf-dist/doc/latex/hyperref/manual.html

        hyperref-tds.zip seems to be out-of-date, after updating the
        check still spits out changed .html file


texmf/tpm/hyphen-german.tpm: no files to compare in /src/TeX/CTAN/info/lshort/german, fixme!
(tpm_files = texmf/tex/generic/config/language.de.dat texmf/tex/generic/hyphen/dehyphn.tex texmf/tex/generic/hyphen/dehypht.tex texmf/tex/generic/hyphen/dehyphtex.tex texmf/tex/generic/hyphen/ghyphen.README)

	tlpkginfo finds info/lshort/german instead of the hyphen patterns!

	the sty file generated and the one on CTAN differ, but
        only wrt whitespace, CTAN inconsistent

texmf-doc/tpm/lshort-turkish.tpm: no files found
texmf-doc/tpm/lshort-turkish.tpm: no files to compare in /src/TeX/CTAN/info/lshort/turkish, fixme!

	turkish is not defined in the @languages array in Tpm.pm, so files in
        the buildPatternsDocumentation (Tpm.pm) function, which checks
        for /doc/$language/.... and /source/$language/....

/src/TeX/texlive-svn/Build/tools/tpm-ctan-check: cannot find tpm file #powerdot-doc-vn

	Oopps that is my stupid comment which cannot be found

texmf-dist/tpm/proof.tpm: no files to compare in /src/TeX/CTAN/support/proof, fixme!
(tpm_files = texmf-dist/tex/latex/proof/proof.sty texmf-dist/doc/latex/proof/proofeg.pdf texmf-dist/doc/latex/proof/proofeg.tex)

	occurs on CTAN/support/proof/
                a program to work with TeX/MF files
        occurs on CTAN/macros/latex/contrib/proof/
                sty file for generating LK proofs
        the Catalogue entry refers to the first
        the tpm file contains the files from the second, but the title from
        the first!

/src/TeX/texlive-svn/Build/tools/tpm-ctan-check: cannot find tpm file pst-tree

        not a tpm, note that pst-tree.{tex,sty} seems to be distributed 
        together WITH pstricks, ie as part of it. So it should be
        deleted from the tpm-ctan-check as a own package!


This is all what is left here. Hope you can comment on this, so that we
can go on with some new packages ;-)

No, I am not interested in this and I consider it well to much effort
for nearly no gain ... Sorry.
