[tex-live] missing Adobe AFM files?

Hmmm.

Well, this can only be true for `simple' packages.  Right now I'm in
the process of updating my CJK package to version 4.7.0, and the files
are scattered over six different TPMs in both texmf and texmf-dist:

  bin-cjkutils
  c90enc
  CJK
  garuda
  hyphen-pinyin
  norasi

Additionally, a bunch of files goes into the source tree.

I can't see any solution to get an automatic update.  However, my
package contains a file `TeXLive.txt' which lists the corresponding
TPM for each file -- basically as a guide for myself.

How can those special cases be identified?
