There's no problem for TeXlive, neither legal nor technical.  There's
just a problem for the Debian packages which wanted to create a
comprehensive list that allows to associate copyright information to
individual files:  We wanted to use the existing information in the tpm
files for this purpose.  However, since the psnfss font tpm files
(helvetic.tpm etc.) contain files of different origin, this doesn't
work, or at least needs some special-casing.
