[tex-live] TeXLive 2005 is slower than TeXLive2003

all the test results is based on the generation of DVI.

Both these two TL system installed on the same machine, and the same
disk.

Both TL system have a nearly same texmf-local. And the TL2003 have much
larger directory than that of TL2005.

I have 512M RAM, and when I run those test, there are no additional program
run.
