Hang on,

Lets tackle this one stage at a time.

What is this error trying to tell me?

pdfTeX warning: pdflatex (file /usr/local/share/texmf/fonts/map/pdftex/updmap/p
dftex.map): ambiguous entry for `ftxro6a': font file present but not included,
will be treated as font file not present

There is 1 font entry in 1 map, and 1 font under that name in the
texmf tree. Why is it reported ambiguous?.
