[tex-live] TexLive 20070128 doesn't work well under Win32

In the present win32 implementation, ls-R shoud be
written by lower case letters. Thus ls-R on DVD with
upper case letters will be a problem.
That is a limitation (sorry).

If you install on hard drive, and make ls-R,
it will become ok.
