[tex-live] new pdftex binary for TeX Live

Hi,

just an observation; maybe the following could be some cause of
differing binaries with successive Build runs: When i go into e. g.
pdftex with vi editor, there are lots of stuff like:

so it seems that some path parameters go into the binary. If they are
taken from expanded texmf.cnf during compile time, a change of texmf.cnf
in the repository might result in different binaries.

BTW, when i copy pdftex to another user's home, there is still
/home/hahe/Build/source... in the built-in search path. So this search
path from compile time will go onto the DVDs also (for no use, but it
doesn't hurt either).
