[tex-live] gsftopk puts .pk files into ~/texmf/

/usr/local/texlive/2007/texmf/web2c/mktexnam ptmr8r 600 modeless

So we'd need the output of 

sh -vx /usr/local/texlive/2007/texmf/web2c/mktexnam ptmr8r 600 modeless
