[tex-live] tetex collection or scheme

Yes. The problem is that we have too many collections and they are not
properly listed and displayed when running install-tl.sh. At that point
collection-tetex is completelly useless. If one want to make some similar
scheme to scheme-tetex, he/she can just copy, rename and modify that.
