[tex-live] Bad .cfg files in TeX source tree?

    I meant that they should by updated by their authors to support XeTeX.

No question, but this is unlikely to happen for all packages prior to
when we have to cut TL on the discs.

Of course we should clean up as much as we can, but since Jonathan's
.cfg's are no-ops except when running under xetex, they're unlikely to
be a problem if some have to remain.  Better than, say, geometry being
completely broken with XeTeX.  I think that'd be much more likely to
lead to a flood of bug reports.
