[tex-live] strange tex-pl.pool, pdfetex-pl.pool, pdfetex.pool files are getting installed

We don't need that as it is very old .pool file, not compatible with
the current pdftex.

Yeah, that was experimental work done by Thomas and Wlodek, not maintained
any more, so those files are also obsolete (that means: not regenerated
in the compile process).

Please do all that. One thing more to consider: we can also
remove in texmf/web2c/fmtutil.cnf all those lines concerning
"experimental" -pl formats. They do not hurt so much, but for a sake...
