[tex-live] compress http://ftp.tug.org/texlive/Images/test/ CD ISO images, too?

What would make the greatest sense to me (and forgive me
if this is already in place) is that the server should
use content negotation to serve the highest preference
in the "accept" header for which a corresponding compressor
exists on the server.  Thus if, for example, the client
indicates

	Accept: application/bzip2;q=0.9, application/zip;q=0.8,
				application/octet-stream;q=0.5

then the server should serve BZIP2 if it can, else ZIP, else
the uncompressed ISO image ...
