[tex-live] new tl images 20070128 ... please test urgently

Hi,

did anybody on this list try running (on a virgin  windows 20070128 
installation) tex on a file like the one below:

Test
\bye

and then dviout on the resulting dvi? Was/is the outcome as expected?
