Then, I don't use the right source for the Catalogue. Where is it?

I'm using:

  :pserver:anonymous at cvs.texcatalogue.sarovar.org:/cvsroot/texcatalogue

and after a CVS update right now, I do still have the empty <texlive/>
element in hyperref.xml.

I found there is also:

  http://dante.ctan.org/svnroot/texcatalogue/trunk

but it requires a username and password and I don't know what to enter
there (anonymous/<email address> doesn't work).

Where is the authoritative source for the Catalogue?
