[tex-live] Velthuis Devanagari for XeLaTeX

Hello,
inspired by ArabTeX I have created first experiental TECkit map for
typesetting Velthuis encoded files by XeLaTeX. You can find the alpha
version at http://hroch486.icpf.cas.cz/xelatex-velthuis/xelatex-hindi-sample.zip

I do not know where XeLaTeX looks for the .tec files and whether I
should package the .tec file(s) with Velthuis or whether it should go
to some other package.
