50000 is well out of range. See the implementation limits of Adobe
Reader in Appendix C of the PDF Ref.: PDF is essentially limited to
200x200 inches (14400 x 14400 bp). This can be extended in PDF 1.6,
but that's difficult. So you are generating PDFs which many PDF
consuming applications will reject.
