[tex-live] gs reports error: "Embedded font uses undefined procedure(s)"

Ok, with gs-gpl
	GPL Ghostscript 8.56 (2007-03-14)
I get:
	- no error message
	- but TWO (2) pages on screen (with the same "Hello")
	- after I press enter even a thrid one!

With gs-esp
	ESP Ghostscript 815.03 (2006-08-25)
I get:
	- first a lot of error messages:
		**** Embedded font uses undefined procedure RD
	- then
		%%BoundingBox: 92 759 117 768
		%%HiResBoundingBox: 92.141997 759.833977 116.225996 767.285977
	- but no output
	- pressing "Enter" gives me your error message.
