Hi,

Ah, I should communicate with the guy porting ICU for me. Woops.
Thanks for that.
Here is the output when I comment xetex and xelatex from fmtutil.conf
###############################################################################
fmtutil: Error! Not all formats have been built successfully.
Visit the log files in directory
/usr/ports/print/texlive/base/w-texlive_base-2007/fake-sparc64/var/web2c
for details.

This is a summary of all `failed' messages and warnings:
`pdftex -ini -jobname=mllatex -progname=mllatex
-translate-file=cp227.tcx -mltex mllatex.ini' failed
gmake: *** [install] Error 1

This is of interest:
/texmf/tex/generic/hyphen/pthyph.tex portuguese hiphenation 8 bits and
-)systrace: intercept_get_string: ioctl: Invalid argument
pdftex: /usr/ports/print/texlive/base/w-texlive_base-2007/fake-sparc64/usr/local/share/texmf-dist/tex/generic/xu-hyphen/xu-pyhyph.tex:
Operation not permitted
Error: `pdftex -ini -jobname=mllatex -progname=mllatex
-translate-file=cp227.tcx -mltex mllatex.ini' failed
It seems systrace has cut this short. I'm not familiar with this
report from systrace, so I may have to contact the OpenBSD guys about
this one (unless you have an idea?)
