indeed, the fontforge output only has 2 warnings left:

	+ t1lint marvosym.pfb

md5sum was just to compare TL2007 and CTAN pfb files...

dviout.exe is an independant followup problem -- it just should not hang/loop/crash/...
if there are any problems with mktexpk.

I'll ask him.  and tomorrow I can test some other ghostscript versions on
Linux...
