[tex-live] Win32: xelatex -0.999.4 failure to process sample2e.tex

After today's (Aug. 3rd) "tlmgr update --all", xetex story is working
under wine:

$ ls -l /usr/local/texlive/2008/bin/win32/xetex.*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 gwhite bod 2420736 2008-08-01 12:47
/usr/local/texlive/2008/bin/win32/xetex.dll
-rwxr-xr-x 1 gwhite bod    2560 2008-05-12 17:34
