[tex-live] Full installation on Unix: two minor nits

Hi Nelson,

    Notice that item <2> lies outside the specified tree, which, I think,
    should NOT happen.

I understand your point of view, but it is an intentional choice we made
for the default behavior, because the main purpose of texmf-local is to
persist *between* releases.

Thanks for mentioning it.  We'll fix that bug.

    Also, I think a <RETurn> should be enough to get back to the main menu 

Here we disagree.  I think RET by itself is too easy to type by mistake
and should generally just be a no-op in our little menu system.

    (perhaps that is how my "R" followed by a return key was interpreted).

I believe the R was recognized as the return-to-main-menu command, and
the error message is simply spurious.

Wow.  TL simply reflects the activity of the TeX community at large!
