That is newer than the version on the CTAN mirror I used last night.
After refreshing my local mirror, I get:

$ tlmgr update --all

MetaFont source, and as derived Adobe Type 1 format. LaTeX support,
for using these fonts in mathematics, is available via one of the
packages calrsfs and mathrsfs.

Comparing rsfs entries of texlive.tlpdb before and after the update,
rsfs.map is not listed
in the new (11671) entry.  This looks like an omission from the new
11617 version.
