[tex-live] Help! Would like to use xdvi with TeXLive2007 in cygwin

    TeXLive sets TEXMFCNF and TEXMFTMP

FWIW, canonical TeX Live does not now set any environment variables at
all.  (Definitely not on Unix, which I expect is the basic story for
Cygwin.)  They must have been left over from a previous installation, or
be something that the Cygwin people added.

Anyway, glad you found a way to get working again.
