[tex-live] Latest Tex-Live CD/DVD

    I would like to know how to get the latest version for Windows and Mac

The latest TeX Live release for Windows is from 2007; see
http://tug.org/texlive/acquire.html.

For Mac, you probably want to install MacTeX, which is based on TeX
Live.  There have been a few small MacTeX-specific updates since the TL
release, and you can download the latest from http://tug.org/mactex.
