Yep, the mirrors can take up to 24 hours to synchronize, and right now the TeX
Live net packages are being changed every 24h.  So atm you can easily have two
versions of tlnet on the wild at the same time.

The problem is fixed in our repo.  Probably your best chance is to wait until
tlnet is re-built from svn tonight (or a bit more if you want to let the new
version hit your nearest mirror).
