[tex-live] trouble starting context on latest tl2008 developer snapshot

That is not implemented, but I guess it is possible. I can add code to
the tlmgr to do so. Not easy, but possible.

What about the 
	CACHEINTDS = 't'
feature? It is in the betas of context, but I think it didn't make it in
any of the released contexts.

Is there any chance to get that into TeX Live, which would help us a lot
(at least I HOPE so!!!).
