[tex-live] xetex: broken pdf inclusion

    then let Karl decide on this for texlive. On my
    side, I will remove that from pdftex-1.40.9.

It doesn't seem like a good idea to have two different versions of
1.40.9, so I have removed the -DDISABLE_OUTLINE from 
libs/xpdf/goo/Makefile.in
libs/xpdf/xpdf/Makefile.in
texk/web2c/pdftexdir/Makefile.in

If it occurs anywhere else, please tell me right away.

Rebuilding now.  If it works for me, I'll let the others have it again I
guess ...
