I still have problems.  It seems that I need to delete the whole bin
tree in order to update bin/.svn/ but as long as the broken bin/arch
dirs exist, my working copy will be locked.  It seems that different
versions of svn clients behave differently.

Martin, could you install the old files yourself?  I prepared a
tar.bz2 file which contains the binaries.  See

The "-2" in the filename indicates that 2 platforms are missing, win32
and x86_64-linux.  As far as I can see, they don't have to be
replaced.  The tar file is supposed to be extracted in Master/bin.

Can you try?
