[tex-live] extractbb win32 binary generates garbaged filename

Hi,

On Windows XP, issuing command such as:

    extractbb ArtOfNoize.jpg

generates an xbb file with garbaged characters at its end.
(for instance, "ArtOfNoise.xbb쟕,")

This problem does not occur always;
extractbb shows weird behavior only with some graphic files.
In a directory in which I have executed extractbb for 53 jpg files,
10 xbb files thus generated have garbaged filename.

There's no such a problem on Mac of Linux platform.
So I think it may be an issue of texlive rather than that of dvipdfmx.
