[tex-live] [OS X TeX] tlmgr failure

The same.

Tried cure

Go to
ftp://tug.org/texlive/tlnet/2008/install-tl/tlpkg/TeXLive/ and
explicitly download the *.pm files and manually put them into
/usr/local/texlive/2008/tlpkg/TeXLive/
Then visit
http://tug.org/svn/texlive/trunk/Master/texmf/scripts/texlive/tlmgr.pl
and manually put that into
/usr/local/texlive/2008/texmf/scripts/texlive/tlmgr.pl

The same

Another medicine:
got update-tlmgr-latest.sh
and run it

The same

Both on darwin and x64_linux. Need to wait info from the horse' mouth
